The Inspiration

Associated with the sun god Atum, it symbolizes regeneration and solar cycles. In the East, the mythical Chinese bird Fenghuang represents imperial power and beauty. Symbolic of the forces of Yin and Yang, its name is a combination of the words for male and female. In its cyclical and transformative nature – at once born from ashes, radiant in splendor, and soaring in freedom – the timeless tale of the phoenix is reflective of the resilient nature of the human spirit, and our potential to create new beginnings.
